In June 2014, my life span badly out of control and I mean badly.

By June 2015, I finally consulted my GP and I was prescribed Citalopram. I didn’t go the chemist. In February 2016, having spent part of an evening hitting my head against a tiled walled, with a head full of static and wanting to section myself, I obtained another prescription and went to the chemist. Both my parents suffered from mental health problems and both were cursed and handicapped by it from childhood and throughout their lives…

Unfortunately, they died unhappy, bitter, frustrated people. My mother who was a functioning Autistic somewhere on the Asperger’s scale. She suffered from OCD…
